we, dekho mechanic, are hiring for senior bda/tl position at our company. dear sales folks, it’s a great opportunity to nourish your skills and grab the position along with promotion.

as a senior bda you will be reaching out to the prospects and engage them to purchase our packages. there will be an ojt period of 1 month where you need to generate 28,000/- of revenue to clear the ojt. there will be a payout of 4,000/- during this ojt clearance period.

promotion part: as a senior bda in ojt program if you are able to generate 10,000/- of revenue in 10 days then you will be directly promoted as a sales team leader and will not be required to serve 1 month to get 28,000/-.

laptop and strong internet connection are mandatory

qualifications:

1. must be graduated

2. sales experience in b2c preferred (not mandatory)

3. self-driven and comfortable to work in fast paced organisation

4. proficiency in english, hindi and regional language is must

5. inside sales experience is a plus

6 months – 2 year in sales
