Good understanding of US visa types and tax terms, especially for W2 hiring. Expertise in technical hiring with various IT skills as per current market needs. Hands on experience of using recruiting job boards like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, etc. Expertise in passive sourcing techniques using Professional LinkedIn, X-ray search, and other social media platforms. Experience working on any Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferred is Ceipal. Knowledge of Vendor Management System (VMS) will be added advantage. Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills. Must be willing to work as per US Shift timings/Night shifts (EST).
