Job Description Legal Officer (Non-Litigation)Reporting To: Legal HeadCTC Range: Based on Interview AssessmentQualification: LLB / LLMExperience: 1 to 3 YearsRole OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and business-focused Legal Officer to join our growing legal team. The role is strictly non-litigation and focuses on corporate legal support, contract management, compliance, and risk advisory. The candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to support business operations through sound legal guidance.Duties & Responsibilities (Non-Litigation) Provide legal support and advisory to management on corporate and commercial legal matters Ensure compliance with applicable statutory regulations, internal policies, and corporate governance requirements Draft, review, revise, and negotiate commercial and corporate documents including: Service Agreements Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) Power of Attorney (PoA) Letter of Intent (LoI) Agreement of Sale Conveyance Deed Development Agreements Leave & License Agreements Lease Deeds Vet and standardize contracts in line with company policies and risk parameters Provide legal risk assessment and mitigation strategies for contracts and business transactions Review and advise on tender documents, bids, and commercial proposals Support protection and management of intellectual property including trademarks and related filings Interpret legal provisions and communicate their impact clearly to business teams Create, update, and maintain standard contract templates and legal documentation Monitor contract lifecycle management including execution, renewals, and amendments Keep track of legal and regulatory developments relevant to corporate, commercial, and real estate laws Coordinate with external legal consultants for specialized advisory work, if required (non-court related)Skills & Competencies Strong drafting and contract negotiation skills Sound understanding of corporate, commercial, and real estate laws High attention to detail with strong analytical ability Ability to assess legal risk from a business perspective Clear communication and stakeholder management skillsNature of Role Corporate & Commercial Legal Work Contract Drafting, Vetting & Advisory Compliance & Risk Management No Litigation / Court Matters / Case HandlingThis position is strictly non-litigation and does not involve court appearances, case handling, or dispute proceedings.Please Note: 1. Early Resignation and Salary Eligibility: If an employee discontinues their employment within a few days or less than a month from the date of joining, for any reason including discomfort in performing the assigned duties, they will not be eligible for any salary. 2. Notice Period: If an employee wishes to resign, they must serve a notice period of 3 month.
