Role: US IT Recruiter

Location: Kharadi, Pune

Employment type: Permanent payroll

Office timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (EST time zone) – Mon to Fri working

Job Responsibilities:

• Minimum 3 year of work experience in end-to-end full-desk recruitment process for US region.

• Good understanding of US visa types and tax terms, especially for W2 hiring.

• Expertise in technical hiring with various IT skills as per current market needs.

• Hands on experience of using recruiting job boards like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, etc.

• Expertise in passive sourcing techniques using Professional LinkedIn, X-ray search, and other social media platforms.

• Experience working on any Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferred is Ceipal.

• Knowledge of Vendor Management System (VMS) will be added advantage.

• Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Must be willing to work as per US Shift timings/Night shifts (EST).
