Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning & ControlPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on order priorities.Track production progress and ensure on-time delivery of electrical panels.Coordinate with design, purchase, stores, and quality departments.Optimize manpower, machines, and materials to meet production targets.Manufacturing & Shop-Floor OperationsSupervise panel fabrication, assembly, wiring, testing, and dispatch activities.Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, BOMs, and technical standards.Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and technical issues.Implement productivity improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.Material & Inventory ControlCoordinate material planning and availability as per production schedule.Monitor material consumption and control wastage.Ensure proper handling and storage of electrical components.Quality, Safety & ComplianceEnsure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and statutory regulations.Support FAT, inspections, and customer audits.Maintain production-related records and quality documentation.Reporting & Team ManagementPrepare daily production reports and status updates.Supervise technicians and shop-floor manpower.Enforce safety practices, 5S, and housekeeping on the shop floor.Qualification & ExperienceEducation: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical EngineeringExperience: 25 years in electrical control panel manufacturing industrySkills & KnowledgeAbility to read electrical drawings and wiring diagramsKnowledge of LT Panels, MCC, PCC, PLC, VFD, and Control PanelsProficiency in MS Excel and production planning toolsStrong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skillsPreferredExperience in ISO/QA documentationERP/MRP system exposure

Taking quantities and preparing estimates of the projects from Architects drawing. Checking rate analysis as per revised rates of materials, labors, and taxes applicable. Monitoring the cost of projects by checking bills of contractors including the amount of work done. Handling overall execution work. Construction of R.C.C buildings. Making monthly bills and clamming additional variations. Checking bills of sub-contractors. Planning day to day activities for the progress. Planning of manpower, material and equipments. Overall supervision of all stages of construction. Familiar with the principle of measurements.Qualification BE Civil Min 4 to 5 years of experience.
