We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Waiter to join our team in Kharadi, Pune. Ideal candidates should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role and must have completed their 12th grade. This full-time position requires a male candidate who is passionate about providing excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:- **Greeting and Seating Customers**: You will warmly welcome guests, guiding them to their tables and providing them with menus.- **Taking Orders**: Accurately take food and drink orders from customers and ensure that their preferences are understood and noted.- **Serving Food and Beverages**: Deliver orders to tables promptly, making sure everything is served as requested.- **Monitoring Customer Satisfaction**: Regularly check in with customers during their meal to ensure they are satisfied with their food and service, addressing any issues that may arise.- **Processing Payments**: Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring receipts are correctly processed.Required Skills and Expectations:The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
