Looking For Restaurant Waiter

We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Waiter to join our team in Kharadi, Pune. Ideal candidates should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role and must have completed their 12th grade. This full-time position requires a male candidate who is passionate about providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Greeting and Seating Customers**: You will warmly welcome guests, guiding them to their tables and providing them with menus.

- **Taking Orders**: Accurately take food and drink orders from customers and ensure that their preferences are understood and noted.

- **Serving Food and Beverages**: Deliver orders to tables promptly, making sure everything is served as requested.

- **Monitoring Customer Satisfaction**: Regularly check in with customers during their meal to ensure they are satisfied with their food and service, addressing any issues that may arise.

- **Processing Payments**: Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring receipts are correctly processed.
