Looking For Restaurant Waiter

We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Waiter to join our team in Kharadi, Pune. Ideal candidates should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role and must have completed their 12th grade. This full-time position requires a male candidate who is passionate about providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greeting and Seating Customers: You will warmly welcome guests, guiding them to their tables and providing them with menus.

- Taking Orders: Accurately take food and drink orders from customers and ensure that their preferences are understood and noted.

- Serving Food and Beverages: Deliver orders to tables promptly, making sure everything is served as requested.

- Monitoring Customer Satisfaction: Regularly check in with customers during their meal to ensure they are satisfied with their food and service, addressing any issues that may arise.

- Processing Payments: Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring receipts are correctly processed.
