We work with leading organizations to design and deliver impactful programs that upskill talent, drive performance, and create long-term growth.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market research to identify potential clients in the L&D and corporate training industry.Map and reach out to L&D Heads, OD Heads, CHROs, and Training Heads in decision-making roles.Analyze client needs and trends in the training industry to support business development.Promote company's training solutions, presenting benefits and value propositions to prospects.Qualify leads by gathering and evaluating relevant information.Schedule and coordinate meetings on Zoom with decision-makers.Assist in presentations, learning needs identification, and program recommendations.Collaborate with trainers to define learning paths, prepare quotations, and submit proposals.Maintain accurate databases/CRM with all research findings, leads, and client interactions.Track and analyze competitor activities and industry trends to generate insights.Support business growth by achieving targets in lead generation and conversions.RequirementsBachelors degree (Business, HR, Psychology, or related field preferred).14 years of experience in market research, business analysis, or inside sales.Prior exposure to corporate training, HR, or L&D industry is an advantage.Strong research and analytical skills to identify patterns and opportunities.Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM/database tools.Detail-oriented, organized, and target-driven.
