key responsibilities:
• market research & lead generation:
o research and identify potential companies in the electronics and semiconductor industry.
o build and maintain a database of prospects, including decision-makers.
• sales pitch development:
o understand q2 diamonds’ product offerings and create compelling sales pitches.
o customize presentations and email communication for various client segments.
• client outreach & communication:
o draft and send professional, persuasive sales emails to prospective clients.
o follow up with prospects via calls, emails, or virtual meetings.
o explain product benefits, applications, and technical differentiation in simple business terms.
• relationship management:
o assist in building long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
o coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and lead nurturing.
• sales support & reporting:
o maintain records of outreach, responses, and sales pipeline.
o share weekly updates and reports on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
required skills & competencies:
• strong communication skills (oral & written) with ability to create impactful email drafts.
• basic understanding of the electronics/semiconductor industry (preferred but not mandatory).
• research-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
• self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn sales strategies.
• proficiency in ms office (excel, powerpoint, word) and email communication tools.
qualifications:
• bachelor’s degree in engineering, electronics, physics, business, or related field.
• freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development are welcome.
