ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES : RECEPTIONIST Interact with the Patients with Greet & Smile. Handle Email, Incoming & Outgoing Calls. Maintain all register related to Attendance, Treatments, Appointments, Courier Inward & Outward, Stock Inward & Outward on a regulaur basis. Manage every aspect related to Patients right from the Patients entry into the Clinic, to their exit. Efficient Management of Front Desk. Multitask to ensure smooth Clinic Functioning. Handle inbound calls and taking messages, fixing appointments, transferring calls to concerned person. Responsible for doing outbound calls (Bundle Calling) to the clients as per the instructions / targets allotted. Responsible for Feedback, Review and Reference Collection. Responsible for Bill making. Maintain the desired hygiene & cleanliness standards of the clinic, and ensure the overall upkeep the clinic.SKILLS : Written and verbal communication Skills.
