ü interact with the patients with greet & smile.
ü handle email, incoming & outgoing calls.
ü maintain all register related to attendance, treatments, appointments, courier inward & outward, stock inward & outward on a regulaur basis.
ü manage every aspect related to patients right from the patients’ entry into the clinic, to their exit.
ü efficient management of front desk.
ü multitask to ensure smooth clinic functioning.
ü handle inbound calls and taking messages, fixing appointments, transferring calls to concerned person.
ü responsible for doing outbound calls (bundle calling) to the clients as per the instructions / targets allotted.
ü responsible for feedback, review and reference collection.
ü responsible for bill making.
ü maintain the desired hygiene & cleanliness standards of the clinic, and ensure the overall upkeep the clinic.
