Job Description

 greet and welcome patients & other visitors as they arrive at hospital.

 direct visitors to the appropriate person and hospital

 answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

 ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (.

pens, forms and brochures)

 provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

 receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

 maintain hospital security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the

reception desk

 order from hospitalsupplies and keep inventory of stock

 must have knowledge of computer work inclusive of soft entries, excel, ms word document.

 software handling of hospital for billing, ipd, opd files [ training will be provided]

 petty cash & other expenses handling.
