Job Description:We are looking for a qualified and experienced Project Manager (MEP) to oversee all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing activities for our high-rise residential and commercial real estate projects.Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and manage MEP works in large-scale multi-storied residential/commercial complexes.Coordinate and supervise all on-site MEP activities to ensure quality and compliance with design, specifications, and timelines.Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and other internal teams.Review and interpret MEP drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines; ensure timely resolution of issues.Ensure compliance with all statutory and safety regulations.Manage and oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of all MEP systems.Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.Control quality, cost, and timely delivery of MEP servicesRequirements:Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.Minimum 710 years of relevant experience in real estate or construction companies.Proven track record in managing MEP works of multi-storied commercial and residential buildings.Strong knowledge of MEP codes, standards, and industry best practices.Good communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project scheduling tools.Capital Placement Services8370014003
