Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Leasing / Marketing Manager with a strong background in high-rise residential, commercial, and mall leasing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving leasing strategies, handling key client relationships, and ensuring successful occupancy of real estate assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic leasing and marketing plans for high-rise residential and commercial properties.

Identify potential tenants, conduct site visits, and manage leasing negotiations.

Coordinate with property owners, brokers, and legal teams to close lease agreements.

Manage end-to-end leasing process: lead generation, client meetings, proposal submissions, and agreement closures.

Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.

Create and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to attract tenants.

Ensure timely documentation and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Maintain relationships with corporate clients, retailers, and key stakeholders.

Regular reporting to management on occupancy, leasing pipeline, and revenue targets.
