Are you a high-performing real estate professional with a knack for leadership? We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to spearhead our sales operations. In this role, you won't just be closing deals; you will be mentoring a team of consultants, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring our clients find their perfect property through a seamless, world-class experience.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Property Consultants to exceed individual and collective sales targets.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our customer base and strengthen our market presence.

End-to-End Client Management: Lead high-value client meetings, conduct impactful site visits, and manage the sales pipeline from initial inquiry to final handover.

Negotiation & Closing: Provide expert support to the team during complex negotiations to ensure high conversion rates and deal integrity.

Business Development: Identify and build relationships with Channel Partners and institutional clients to drive lead generation.

Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and pricing shifts to keep our offerings competitive.

What Were Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications:

Industry Expertise: Proven track record in Real Estate Sales with a deep understanding of the local property market.

Leadership: Demonstrated experience in managing and motivating a sales team to hit aggressive KPIs.

Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills; the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders.

Mindset: A hunter mentality focused on growth, results, and excellence in customer service.

Preferred Qualifications:

Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software (., Salesforce, Zoho, or LeadSquared).

Strong analytical skills for market research and sales forecasting.

Existing network of Channel Partners or industry contacts.
