Roles & Responsibilities- Create attractive property listings with high-quality photos and compelling descriptions- Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and budget constraints.- Provide expert advice on the local real estate market trends and investment opportunities- Showcase properties in a persuasive and informative manner.- Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers, negotiating terms and conditions of property transactions- Assist clients in preparing and reviewing contracts, purchase agreements, and other legal documents.- Maintain a CRM system to track client interactions, follow-ups, and appointments.- Nurture long-term relationships with clients to generate referrals and repeat business.- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote available properties.- Set and meet sales targets and revenue goals established by the real estate company- Prepare reports on sales activities- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly.- Handle tasks related to property transactions, such as paperwork, appointments, and record-keeping.A Candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, market knowledge, and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
