roles & responsibilities
- create attractive property listings with high-quality photos and compelling descriptions
- meet with clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- provide expert advice on the local real estate market trends and investment opportunities
- showcase properties in a persuasive and informative manner.
- act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers, negotiating terms and conditions of property transactions
- assist clients in preparing and reviewing contracts, purchase agreements, and other legal documents.
- maintain a crm system to track client interactions, follow-ups, and appointments.
- nurture long-term relationships with clients to generate referrals and repeat business.
- develop and implement marketing strategies to promote available properties.
- set and meet sales targets and revenue goals established by the real estate company
- prepare reports on sales activities
- address client concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- handle tasks related to property transactions, such as paperwork, appointments, and record-keeping.
a candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, market knowledge, and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions. they must also be highly organized and detail-oriented to manage the complex process of property transactions effectively.
