Position Summary:The Senior Manager of Design, Research, and Development will lead the R&D efforts in the development of advanced HVAC Chillers and Heat Pumps. This role involves managing a team of design engineers, overseeing product design, development, testing, and ensuring that new products meet market requirements and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HVAC systems.Key Responsibilities:Require good Knowledge of HVAC equipment and its working for different applications for different domains, knowledge of product system, qualification, certification like AHRI, BEE labeling, ASHREA, ASME & NABL for product & Lab.Oversee the design and development of HVAC Chillers and Heat Pumps from concept to production.Should be able to configure and design chiller package in air cooled, water cooled & low temperature application.Hands on experience in designing screw and scroll heat pump.Should be able to design and select components of chillers.Should be able to design Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers.Development of new cost competitive & energy efficient product range for screw & scroll chillers as per government compliance and technology upgradation.Utilize advanced simulation tools and methodologies for thermal analysis and system design.Co-ordination with design team for market trend and develop cost competitive product.Cohesively working with sales & marketing team to benchmark of competition, customer requirements and technology upgradation to inbuilt the scenarios in new product range to be developed to increase market share our business goal.Managed the product certification of chiller as per AHRI requirement.Ensure robust testing, validation, and troubleshooting of prototypes and final products.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

a. Qualifications B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. An MBA-Marketing will be an added advantage.b. Age 25 to 30 years of agec. Background Experience should preferably be in Automotive or Auto-components industry or in Industrial products or Pump industry For an Engineer with MBA, a total work experience of 4 to 5 years which should be in Sales and Business Development. For a BE / B.Tech, a total work experience of 5 7 years which should be in Sales and Business Development. d. He should work to develop new markets and customers for companys products. Target is to strengthen the sales and business development in his zone.

1) Candidate should having experience in Marketing of rotating equipment products like fans and blowers, Compressor, Pump industry only. 2) He is able to generate enquiries, preparation of Proposals and aggressive follow up with the Customers to book order.3) He should be ready with traveling at least 15 days in a month, achieve ambitious sales target and possess good communication skills.4) Proven experience in application or internal sales support is highly desirable.5) Strong understanding of engineering principles and project management.

To be appoint maximum service station under distributor Dispatch repairing pump sets within one week after receiving pump sets Visit service station regular basis Evaluates and resolves problems of the customer. Responds to customer complaints. Maximum try to solve problem of Pump-sets at sight Provide positive and helpful disposition and professionally communicate with customers. Findings to determine the solution to the problem that the customer demands; Works alongside with technical. Communicate effectively with team, providing reports and photos of pumps and associated equipment. Work independently or as a member of a team.
