Service Engineer

• When Get Call from Customer for pumps problem to solve problem on site.

• To be appoint maximum service station under distributor

• Dispatch repairing pump sets within one week after receiving pump sets

• Visit service station regular basis

• Evaluates and resolves problems of the customer. Responds to customer complaints. Maximum try to solve problem of Pump-sets at sight

• Provide positive and helpful disposition and professionally communicate with customers.

• Findings to determine the solution to the problem that the customer demands;

• Works alongside with technical. Communicate effectively with team, providing reports and photos of pumps and associated equipment.

• Work independently or as a member of a team.
