Position : Design and estimation EngineerLocation : Rabale Navi MumbaiExp : 4 years of experience in pressure vessel industry.Salary Budget : 4 - 5 LPAQualification Required : Chemical / Mech Engineering backgroundDesired Candidates :Candidate should be in Design, Drawings & Proposal.Min 4 years experience in pressure vessel industry.Qualification required- Mechanical Engineer.Expertise in mechanical design, drawings and estimation of pressure vessels with experience of independent handling of at least 3 years. Some production experience will be of added advantage.

Responsible for preparing cost estimate and submitting techno commercial offer and proposals of RFQs related to RTD, thermocouple and thermowells.Engage in customers technical discussion and extend technical support to sales team.Review Customer Purchase Orders to ensure technical Compliance with Scope, approved price levels, terms and delivery commitments.Closely coordinating with purchase, design and production team.Understanding the customer requirements, guidelines, timelinesPreparing Proposals & Bill of Material.

*Trainee Application Engineer*:The individual in this position will utilize technical knowledge to prepare quotation packages. based on the product content and may perform Bill of Material preparation for some large, complex projects with guidance of a Senior or Staff Quotation Specialist. Must possess the ability to interpret customer requirements, match products to customer specifications/drawings and ensures that the quote is technically compatible and competitive by communicating with the Sales Engineer to determine/clarify project requirements. Understands, analysis, documents and communicates contractual, technical and commercial terms and has a understanding of bid strategies.This individual will hand-off a quotation package with comments on exceptions and built in value for use by the Sales Engineer in customer presentations and has an understanding of the Sales Engineers strategy for the quotation opportunity to ensure quality output. Involved in order hand off process as needed to ensure proper order conversion.
