Select appropriate cutting tools and machining parameters based on product specifications. Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, and technical specifications accurately. Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure product quality. Manage shift manpower allocation and production schedules effectively. Maintain production records and documentation as per ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards. Support New Product Development (NPD) and process improvement activities. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards. Production Incharge Required

Responsible for overseeing daily plant operations, ensuring efficient chemical production, maintaining safety and quality standards, supervising production staff, managing equipment and maintenance, monitoring raw material usage, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and environmental guidelines while achieving production targets and maintaining operational efficiency within the chemical manufacturing facility.

As a Production Incharge, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process at our facility in Dumdum, Kolkata. Your key responsibilities will include supervising a team of production workers, ensuring that production targets are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. You will also be expected to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process and implement strategies to improve productivity.To excel in this role, you should have strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. Additionally, attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential qualities for a successful Production Incharge. While prior experience in a similar role is beneficial, we are open to considering candidates who are recent 12th Pass graduates and eager to learn and grow in the manufacturing industry.

The Production Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process at our facility in Ludhiana, India. This role requires 7-12 years of experience in a production management role and a graduate degree.
