Hiring Fresher / Tea Boy / 10th Pass

We are looking for a Cafe Barista to join our team in Ulwe. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers who are passionate about coffee and customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Prepare Beverages:** Make a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to our standard recipes while ensuring consistent quality.

- **Customer Service:** Greet customers warmly and take their orders, providing recommendations as needed to enhance their experience.

- **Maintain Cleanliness:** Keep the barista station and seating areas clean and tidy, following safety and hygiene standards throughout the cafe.

- **Stock Management:** Assist in managing inventory by checking stock levels and helping to reorder supplies when needed to ensure the cafe runs smoothly.

- **Learn and Adapt:** Continuously learn about new coffee techniques, menu items, and equipment, and adapt to feedback from customers and staff.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude and be eager to learn. Strong communication skills are important for interacting with customers effectively. The candidate should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple tasks at once. Basic math skills are necessary for processing transactions accurately. Being a team player and showing enthusiasm for coffee culture will enhance your success in this role. A minimum education level of 10th pass is required for this position.
