Production Incharge (Male)

We are seeking a dedicated Production Incharge to oversee our production processes in Albania. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and a passion for ensuring efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Supervise Production Activities**: Oversee daily production operations to ensure smooth workflow and meet production targets. You will coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.

2. **Quality Control**: Implement and monitor quality control standards to guarantee that products meet company specifications. This includes conducting regular inspections and addressing any quality issues promptly.

3. **Inventory Management**: Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products. You will need to track usage and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.

4. **Team Leadership**: Lead and motivate a team of production workers. Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to enhance performance and maintain a positive work environment.

5. **Reporting**: Prepare and submit daily production reports. This includes documenting progress, identifying challenges, and proposing improvements to enhance productivity.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must be male, with a minimum of a 10th-grade education. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for effectively managing production teams and processes. You should have a solid understanding of production techniques and an ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
