Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee CNC and VMC machining operations, production planning, manpower management, and quality compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production flow, achieving productivity targets, maintaining quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in accordance with ISO 9001 and IATF requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and supervise CNC & VMC machining processes.

• Perform basic CNC/VMC programming, program editing, and troubleshooting.

• Execute machine setup and changeovers within planned schedules.

• Ensure adherence to production processes as per Control Plans.

• Monitor production quality and maintain minimum rejection levels.

• Track and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

• Select appropriate cutting tools and machining parameters based on product specifications.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, and technical specifications accurately.

• Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure product quality.

• Manage shift manpower allocation and production schedules effectively.

• Maintain production records and documentation as per ISO 9001 and IATF standards.

• Support New Product Development (NPD) and process improvement activities.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards.

• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve production-related issues.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of CNC & VMC machining operations.

• CNC,VMC,Machines-Manower,OEE Supervising.

• Good understanding of machining tolerances, GD&T, and engineering drawings.

• Experience in production planning and manpower management.

• Knowledge of OEE monitoring and continuous improvement practices.

• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and IATF documentation requirements.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

1st Shift: 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM

2nd Shift: 02:00 PM - 09:50 PM

3rd Shift: 09:50 PM - 06:00 AM

General Shift: 09:00 AM - 05:30 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday
