Production Incharge (3-6 Years)

We are looking for a dedicated Production Incharge to manage and oversee the production activities at our facility in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 6 years of relevant experience and a 12th-grade education. This is a full-time position that requires working from the office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Supervise Production Operations:** Ensure that all production processes run smoothly and efficiently to meet daily targets.

- **Quality Control:** Monitor the quality of products being manufactured, making sure they meet industry standards and specifications.

- **Inventory Management:** Keep track of raw materials and finished products, coordinating with suppliers to ensure necessary supplies are available.

- **Team Management:** Lead and motivate a team of workers, providing guidance and training as needed to improve performance and productivity.

- **Safety Compliance:** Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

- **Reporting:** Prepare regular reports on production performance, issues, and improvements for management review.
