Urgent Requirement For Cafe Incharge

We are looking for a Cafe Incharge with 1 to 3 years of experience to oversee our cafe operations in Barrackpore. The ideal candidate should have completed their 12th grade and possess strong leadership and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the cafe, ensuring that everything runs smoothly from opening to closing.

- Lead the Team: Supervise and motivate a team of staff, providing training and support to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.

- Customer Service: Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling any complaints or feedback effectively.

- Inventory Management: Maintain and monitor inventory levels, placing orders as needed to ensure the cafe is well-stocked.

- Quality Control: Ensure that food and drink items meet quality standards, adhering to health and safety regulations.

- Cash Handling: Manage cash registers and daily transactions, ensuring accurate accounting and reporting.

- Promotions and Marketing: Implement marketing strategies to attract customers and promote special offers or events.
