We are Looking for Operation Executive. Keen in Email Replies and Conversant with Travel Industry

Work Description- Controlling Whole Operation ATM vertical Business (Work- Daily Monitoring & analysis Team and Looking Day By Day Operation, HSK Services, Caretaker/Security Guard/ Gunman, TIS, SRM, ATM Sites Electric Bill)

- This position is for a full time job only. Any candidate looking for a part time or an internship need not apply. - Female candidates only should apply. Male candidates need not apply.- Candidate should be currently living in Western line of Mumbai only. Any candidate who is currently not living in Western line need not apply. - Candidate should have a minimum full-time work experience of 2-3 years in financial services industry. Candidates without any experience in financial services industry need not apply. - Office Timing is from 9 am to 6 pm. Sunday will be a holiday. - Job profile will include sales and operations. Candidate will be required to sell several financial products such as equities, mutual funds, insurance, loans and many more. Office operations work will also be required to be done. - Salary will be around Rs 15,000 to Rs 20,000 per month. - Joining will be immediate. - Office is located in Borivali East, Mumbai.

Once the survey is done the reports are sent to back office. o The Ops Exe is required to update /upload data (reports ), received from the surveyor on the website / companys software. o Daily reports to be generated and sent to customers. o Further to the mails received from customer for survey /inspection the Executive is required to convey the instructions appropriately to the Depot Surveyor. o He will liaison with the customer and the surveyor & timely submission of reports and updates o Ensure smooth workflow and maintain the TAT. o Update the management /Customer on daily basis for submission of the required reports.

Establish and enhance operational processes, procedures, and policies.Manages multiple concurrent web and digital marketing projects from start to launch, ensuring all requirements have been met, sites are thoroughly tested and projects are delivered on time and within budget.Be accountable for translating customer needs and business goals into compelling interactive customer journeys and subsequent business requirements.Regularly use competitor analysis to help shape ideas and identify potential opportunities to optimize digital experience.Ability to develop prospect and customer journey analysis to drive engagement, improve visitor interactions, and optimize the performance through Digital Marketing.Manage web content and coordinate changes, revisions, and upgrades.Supervise and/or assist in preparation and submission of documentation, such as proposals, progress reports, or other contractual requirements.Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, a data-driven mindset.Guiding teams on projects and product development cycles, focusing on flexibility, speed, communication, and continuous improvement through the use of retrospectives.Skills & RequirementsShould have the Quality to Handle and Manage the Team.Should be Well-Behaved and should think Out of BoxLeadership capabilities with the ability to work across functional boundaries, virtual teams, to build consensus and drive results.Detail-orientation and have excellent writing, copy editing, and interpersonal skills, Sketch, Digital Solutions focuses on Web Design, User Experience Design, User Interface Design, and Digital Marketing.Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.Experience leading and managing a diverse technical staff.Leading complex digital projects and technical teams in the company environment.Exceptional and effective written and oral communication skills to address a wide variety of audiences.
