Backend Operations Executive - Wagle Estate Thane

€¢ Once the survey is done the reports are sent to back office.

o The Ops Exe is required to update /upload data (reports ), received from the surveyor on the website / company€™s software.

o Daily reports to be generated and sent to customers.

o Further to the mails received from customer for survey /inspection €“ the Executive is required to convey the instructions appropriately to the Depot Surveyor.

o He will liaison with the customer and the surveyor & timely submission of reports and updates

o Ensure smooth workflow and maintain the TAT.

o Update the management /Customer on daily basis for submission of the required reports.
