Job description This role requires knowledge of the Sales Function in the Retail / Apparel industry. Product Knowledge is extremely important to be successful in this role Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketingstrategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, etc. Working with a Sales supported ERP would be useful. Creating and Delivering timely MIS reportsEducational Qualification: Qualification: B.Com, BMS, MBA/PGDBM Specialization: Commerce, Marketing, Sales, etc Must have worked on Sales Volumes and with a distributor range Area of work: Experience required in working in retail sales environments, dealing with distributors, communicatingeffectively back to the reporting manager around sales using MIS reports.Functional Skills: Good knowledge of Sales , ideally in a Retail / Apparel sector. Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, andsubordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships Developing constructive and cooperative workingrelationships with Distributors, and maintaining them over time. Getting Information Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources to ensure thatthe engagement with relevant stakeholders is maintained.Behavioral Competencies Must have good verbal communication Must have the ability to work as a part of team and collaborate with all stakeholders Responsible, punctual & ability to work under pressure.Other Job Requirements: Explain technical product or service information to customers.
