Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets. Develop relationship with Builders, Realtor's, CA, DSA , Connectors and corporate to leverage business. Ability to drive sales targets of multiple loan products Mortgage/Home Loan/LAP/PL/BL etc. Have interactions with bankers of various products for smooth processing of files. Will be responsiblefrom file logins to disbursement, must align with bank policies & take care of compliance in each step ofthe process. Collecting documents according to the checklist from the customers Provide accurate feedback on future buying trends to their respective employers.
