o Build and maintain a high performing team of Crache Supervisors and Workers inthe assigned Crdches.o To undertake 15 Crdche centre visits each month to access quality ofimplementation and take necessary steps to strengthen programme quality.o To ensure that the programme objectives and services to be provided in thecr.che and other deliverables under the Scope of Work as mentioned above aresatisfied in a timely mannero Ensure health check-up of all children once every three months.o To compile monthly indents from all the supervisors and ensure supply of rationand other materials in coordination with Accounts and Logistic Managero Conduct review meetings for assessing progress and further action / activities.o Collection and compilation offield level data.o Developing strategy for each Crache Supervisor.23o To provide continuous support and guidance to the crdche Workers & CrdcheSupervisors to bridge the gap between training and job requirements.o To ensure that the safety and security protocols are being followed and takeadequate steps to address any shortcomings.o To be the first contact for grievance redressal and conflict resolution amongCreche Supervisors.o To address any existing gaps, if possible, or report the same to the ProgrammeCoordinator/DPM U for necessary action from higher level.o Attend tra ining/reviews/exposu re visits conducted by the DPMU.o Attend block level reviews and sector meetings to coordinate with theblock/district level functionaries of the WCD and H&Fw Departments.o Carry out any other tasks related to programme as may be instructed, from timeto time.
