Ensure high-quality production values, including videography, audio, lighting, and visual effects.5. Oversee post-production, including video editing, color correction, sound design, and graphics.6. Develop and execute video marketing strategies that leverage video content across multiple channels, including websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and targeted advertising.7. Identify target audiences for video content and tailor video marketing plans to effectively reach and engage them.8. Create and optimize a YouTube channel for the company, ensuring consistency in branding and content delivery.9. Upload, schedule, and manage video content on YouTube, utilizing SEO strategies for improved discoverability.10. Create short-form videos (e.g., video ads, Instagram Stories, TikTok videos) for social media platforms.11. Manage video content calendars for social media and ensure timely publication.12. Plan and execute video advertising campaigns on platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.13. Analyse video performance metrics, including view counts, engagement rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.14. Provide regular reports on video marketing performance, sharing insights and recommendations with the marketing team and senior management.15. Ensure that all video content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging, maintaining brand consistency.B. Qualifications and Skills:1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).2. Proven experience as a Video Marketing Specialist or similar role with a successful track record in video content creation and video marketing.3. A good command of oral and written English communication is essential, as the videos are targeted towards American audiences.4. Extensive experience with Video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.5. A professional portfolio or showreel hosted on platforms such as YouTube or Vimeo, demonstrating a range of editing styles and techniques.
