1. Conduct market research and evaluate customer needs.2. Setup Meetings with School / College TPO or principal to conduct seminars and events.3. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.4. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.5. Seeking new opportunities through networking, cold calling and social media channels.6. Achieve agreed upon monthly sales targets and outcomes within schedule.7. Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales and status report.8. Collaborating with marketing department to achieve better results.9. Generate and close Business leads

Ideal candidate should have : Prior exposure in handling distribution in FMCG, Consumer Durables or IT field. Approach new retailers for enrollment / onboarding post evaluation of business. Constant presence in the market to become the 'face' of the business Convincing existing retailers to increase volume of purchase. Ensure that Line of credit offered is not breached. Ensuring collections from retailers within time to complete the cycle.Locally available candidates will only be considered.Should have own two wheeler.Salary + Travel allowance + Incentives
