Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies and product development. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and technical trials or samples are managed smoothly. Maintain detailed records of interactions, leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools and prepare periodic reports for management.Market Research:Collaboration with Sales and R&D Teams:Reporting & CRM Management:Qualifications: Bachelors degree in food technology, Marketing, or related field. 13 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in food ingredients, flavours, colours, or additives sector. Technical understanding of how food ingredients, especially natural colours, interact with various food matrices.Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong networking and lead-generation capabilities. Willingness to travel frequently across India. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently. Familiarity with CRM and basic marketing tools.Preferred Experience: Exposure to natural colour formulations, clean-label ingredients, or health-centric food additives.
