Job Summary:The Office Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations of the office. This role includes managing files, handling correspondence, assisting departments, and performing routine office tasks efficiently and accurately. Front Office & CommunicationAnswer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.Welcome and assist visitors courteously and professionally.Maintain good communication between departments and external contacts.
