Shift Execution & Target AchievementDaily Production Plans: Execute the shift-wise production schedule provided by the planning department to ensure maximum output.Manpower Allocation: Allocate operators, helpers, and technicians to specific assembly lines or machine stations (such as CNC, VMC, or Press shops) based on skill matrices.Shift Handover: Conduct clear shift handovers, documenting daily output numbers, raw material consumption, and outstanding technical issues.2. Process Optimization & TroubleshootingLine Balancing: Monitor assembly or machining lines to eliminate bottlenecks, reduce cycle times, and improve overall line efficiency.First-Line Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve minor mechanical, electrical, or process defects immediately to minimize downtime. Coordinate with the Maintenance team for major breakdowns.Setup & Changeover Management: Oversee tool or die changeovers on machines, ensuring compliance with SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Die) techniques to reduce idle time.3. Quality & Material ControlIn-Process Quality: Collaborate with QA/QC inspectors to ensure that products meet structural and visual guidelines. Enforce standard operational steps to avoid re-work.Rejection Analysis: Track daily shop floor rejection and scrap rates.
