Oversee end-to-end logistics operations for Hitgrove Enterprises e-commerce and B2B shipments.Plan, implement, and monitor efficient supply chain and warehouse management processes.Manage inbound and outbound shipments, courier partners, and third-party logistics vendors.Maintain accurate inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, and timely dispatch of orders.Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and operations teams to meet delivery SLAs.Optimize packaging, freight, and shipping costs while maintaining quality standards.Handle logistics documentation, compliance, and vendor agreements.Troubleshoot delivery or supply chain issues proactively to ensure smooth operations.Monitor KPIs, generate reports, and suggest improvements for logistics processes.
