We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Executive to manage warehouse operations at our Okhla location. The candidate must have strong hands-on experience in billing, dispatch, and supply chain coordination. This role involves supervising warehouse staff, optimizing workflows, and ensuring smooth inbound and outbound logistics.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, billing, and dispatch of goods.Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans, and shipping documents accurately.Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.Monitor inventory levels, perform stock checks, and manage stock reconciliation.Maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions in the system.Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and dispatch of materials according to order specifications.Liaise with transporters, vendors, and internal departments for order fulfillment.Implement warehouse safety standards and ensure cleanliness and orderliness.Supervise and train warehouse staff for efficient handling of daily tasks.Identify process improvements to optimize warehouse operations and reduce turnaround time.Key Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of billing processes, dispatch operations, and supply chain coordinationProficient in warehouse/inventory software and MS ExcelGood understanding of logistics, transportation, and order managementStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to handle a team and work under pressureAttention to detail and process orientationQualifications:Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: B.Com, BBA, or Diploma in Logistics/Warehouse Management)5 to 10 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain rolesExperience in industrial hubs like Okhla preferred

Arranging Transport vehicles. Give planning, coordination with plant for dispatches. Communicating with management for Liner activities. Candidate must have the knowledge of Freight Forwarding. Should have an experience in handling Export documentation. Preparing daily reports on shipments delivery schedule. Should have good communication and computer skills. Should have an awareness of Export Schemes. Preparation of Export Documents (Pre and Post Shipment Documents) Co-ordination with the suppliers and shipping agents for the execution of shipment and other export related responsibilities. Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes. Candidates must have knowledge of SI filling, VGM filling, odes, MMD3. Co-ordinate with customer for custom clearance.
