JOB DESCRIPTIONBe the Designer for a set of customers, from the first meeting to order booking to design finalizationCollaborate with the customer, understand their requirements, and give them the best design solution for their home, including but not limited to, quoting, detailed designing and getting production drawings ready forFocus on, prioritise and execute multiple designAnalyse sales reports, project TAT and customer satisfactionEXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONSMinimum - 2 year Diploma in Interior Designing / Architecture from a reputedMust have Site Experience (should be confident that proposed designs can be installed with minimum hassle at site).Must be customer-centric in providing solutions - proposed designs should be highly functional and great on aesthetics, still keeping in mind the customersExposure to residential projects is mandateGoogle Sketchup softwareStrong communication skills - Both verbal and written communication skills to be able to construct and defend ideas / designs / pricing. Communication in English

Install, maintain, and repair a variety of products, ranging from cabinets to insulation to tile to drywall Perform work in accordance with safety best practices Maintain tools and equipment in safe operating condition Cut, shape, and alter materials as needed Build doors, cabinets, furniture, and windows Measure and mark materials for alterations
