The Plant Head of a GI (Galvanized Iron) wire manufacturing plant is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the plant's operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and safety. The Plant Head is expected to have a deep understanding of the manufacturing process, equipment, and machinery, and work closely with various departments and teams to ensure that the plant operates efficiently and effectively.The following are some key responsibilities of the Plant Head of a GI Wire manufacturing plant:Production Planning and Control: Develop production plans and schedules to meet the company's production goals and ensure that production targets are met.
