We are looking for candidates who can handle our godown and warehouse properly.candidate need to handle inventory management, Delivery, Orders and other related work.

- Oversee the daily operations of the dispatch department: This includes managing schedules, coordinating with drivers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers.- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers: Keeping track of inventory levels to prevent stockouts and working closely with suppliers to maintain adequate stock levels.- Implement efficient dispatch processes: Develop and implement processes to streamline dispatch operations, minimize delivery times, and improve overall efficiency.- Manage a team of dispatch coordinators and drivers: Supervise and provide guidance to dispatch staff, ensuring they are meeting performance targets and delivering exceptional service to customers.- Maintain accurate records and reports: Keep detailed records of all dispatch activities, including delivery schedules, inventory levels, and performance metrics. Generate reports to track key performance indicators.Required Skills and Expectations:- Excellent communication and organizational skills: Ability to effectively communicate with drivers, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth operations.- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities: Capable of leading a team and making quick decisions to resolve issues that may arise during dispatch operations.- Attention to detail: Must be detail-oriented to accurately monitor inventory levels, schedules, and performance metrics.- Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve operational issues to ensure seamless dispatch operations.- Basic computer skills: Proficiency in using software applications for tracking inventory, scheduling deliveries, and generating reports.
