Position: Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.

Manage store staff, prepare duty rosters, and monitor team performance.

Achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Maintain stock levels, inventory accuracy, and minimize stock loss.

Ensure proper merchandising, product availability, and store cleanliness.

Handle cash management, billing supervision, and daily sales reports.

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely stock replenishment.

Resolve customer complaints professionally and maintain service standards.

Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety regulations.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Requirements:
