Role Summary: The Stock Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a 100% accurate, real-time database of all available and sold inventory across various residential and commercial projects. You will act as the bridge between the Construction/Operations team and the Sales team to ensure that what is being sold is actually available and meets the client's specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management: Maintain a detailed Stock Register (digital and physical) for all units, including Plots, Kothis, Villas, and Flats.Availability Tracking: Update the Live Inventory daily. Track which units are Available, Blocked (on hold), Booked, or Sold.Unit Specifications: Maintain precise data for each unit, including:Plots: Dimensions, facing (North/East, etc.), park-facing status, and corner vs. non-corner.Villas/Flats: Floor number, BHK type, square footage, construction status, and possession timelines.Sales Coordination: Provide the Sales team with Fresh Stock lists every morning. Ensure that two sales agents do not sell the same plot/flat simultaneously.Pricing Control: Keep track of current PLC (Preferential Location Charges), base prices, and any active discounts or payment plans associated with specific stock units.Verification & Audit: Conduct regular physical site visits to verify that the construction status of a villa or flat matches the data in the system.Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly inventory movement reports (e.g., Fastest selling plots, Old/Slow-moving stock, Upcoming inventory).

The Manager - Production Planning cum SCM will be responsible for overseeing the entire production planning and control process to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of production workflows, and expertise in engineering fabrication. The ideal candidate will coordinate between different departments to meet production deadlines, maintain inventory control, and optimize resource utilization.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement production planning strategies to ensure timely completion of manufacturing targets. Monitor production schedules and adjust plans as needed to accommodate changes in demand or supply chain constraints. Coordinate with the procurement, quality control, and manufacturing teams to optimize production efficiency. Maintain and update production reports, inventory levels, and work-in-progress status. Identify and mitigate potential risks affecting production timelines. Ensure proper allocation of manpower, machines, and materials to achieve production goals. Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes. Oversee the implementation of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor adherence to safety and quality standards in the production process. Train and mentor production planning team members to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness.Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field. 5 to 10 years of experience in production planning within the Engineering Fabrication Industry or Railway industry. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production scheduling, and inventory management. Proficiency in ERP/MRP software for production planning. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and coordination skills to work across departments.

Roles and responsibilities:The role will include, but not be limited to: Reviewing Plans, and completing Take Offs Sending out Construction Documentation for Tenders Collating Quotations & Pricing Work closely with estimators and On-site team Preparing Tender Submission & Contracts Variation Management Regularly liaising with our construction team, clients and consultants Date entry of invoices into the general ledger ensuring appropriate coding and allocation. Verifying the accuracy of invoices against dockets and statements Processing creditor payments, match invoices to Purchase Orders, verifying goods received, and data entry Reconciling bank statements by comparing statements with the general ledger and escalating any discrepancies. Entering and updating data within the designated systems and ensure data backup and support company requirements. Compiling and generating reports and verifying as required. Maintain effective communication and coordination with Company personnel and management. Keep management informed of area activities and any significant problems.
