Track which units are Available, Blocked (on hold), Booked, or Sold.Unit Specifications: Maintain precise data for each unit, including:Plots: Dimensions, facing (North/East, etc.), park-facing status, and corner vs. non-corner.Villas/Flats: Floor number, BHK type, square footage, construction status, and possession timelines.Sales Coordination: Provide the Sales team with Fresh Stock lists every morning.
