The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls from/to international customers, providing excellent customer service, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.Provide information about products and services, respond to customer queries, and resolve issues effectively.Ensure timely and professional follow-up on customer issues.Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals.Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain operational efficiency.Strive to achieve customer satisfaction and ensure positive feedback.Requirements:Minimum 6 months of Experience required in an International BPO/ Call centre.Excellent communication skills.Customer Centric &Logical thinking and need to be enough spontaneousEnsure Timely& Professional Responses to all queries.Analytical & Probing skill.Strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions independently.Night shift only.The shift timings will be 7.30 PM to 4.30 AM.
