Job DescriptionConducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics and techniques.Forecast and plan budgets and remain up to date with industrys best practicesSource materials and negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers to secure favorable terms, including pricing, delivery schedules, and quality standards for all apparel items.Collaborate with designers and buyers to curate a collection of clothing items that align with the brand's identity and market trends.Production planning and product Development samples as per designer's requirement.Monitoring and managing expenses throughout the production process.Collaborating with production team to ensure development packages are accurate.Daily coordination and correspondence with the designer, supplier & buyer.Assuring timely delivery of shipment & assuring quality as per the requirement.Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc. Monitoring and managing inventory levels to ensure availability of materials and finished products.
