This is a night shift job.We are seeking dynamic and self motivated individuals to join our Telecalling Executive team in a voice process role. This is a night shift role aligned with the US time zones.Handle outbound calls to and from US-based candidates and clients.

Manage outbound calls with a friendly and professional demeanour. Resolve customer issues promptly and accurately by identifying solutions and appropriate responses. Provide information about products or services.Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

As an International Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to international clients to promote and sell products or services. You will need to have excellent communication skills to effectively pitch the offerings and address customer inquiries.Key responsibilities include making cold calls to potential customers, following up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, and maintaining a database of customer information. You will also need to meet sales targets and update records accurately.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets. A graduate degree is required for this position. Strong communication skills, a confident and persuasive manner, and the ability to work independently are essential traits for success in this role. Working from home, you must be self-motivated and able to manage your time effectively to achieve sales goals.
