As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of Indian and Chinese dishes, with a special focus on Northern Indian cuisine and Chinese snacks. You will work from our office located in Palampur, Kangra.Key responsibilities include:- Cooking and preparing North Indian and Chinese dishes: You will accurately follow recipes and ensure all food is prepared according to high standards of quality and taste.- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness: It is essential to keep the cooking area and equipment clean and sanitized to comply with health and safety regulations.- Managing food inventory: You will ensure that ingredients are stocked properly and report any shortages to management, allowing for a smooth kitchen operation.To succeed in this role, it is important to have the following skills and expectations:- A minimum of 1-7 years of cooking experience is required, with proficiency in both Northern Indian and Chinese cooking.- A basic education level of at least a 10th pass is needed.- A good understanding of food safety and sanitation practices is essential.- Strong communication and teamwork skills are important, as you will work closely with others in a busy kitchen environment.- As this is a full-time position, your ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, will be necessary to meet the demands of the role.
