The HR Manager will oversee all human resource functions at Ayodhya Eye Hospital. Responsible for recruitment, selection, and onboarding of medical and non-medical staff. Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination. Ensure compliance with labor laws, hospital policies, and statutory requirements. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters. Coordinate performance appraisals and staff evaluations. Plan and organize training and development programs. Promote a positive, ethical, and patient-focused work culture. Advise hospital management on HR strategy and workforce planning.
