Opening For Human Resource Manager

The HR Manager will oversee all human resource functions at Ayodhya Eye Hospital.

Responsible for recruitment, selection, and onboarding of medical and non-medical staff.

Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, hospital policies, and statutory requirements.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
